LOADING HOUSE

 LOADING HOUSE 是办公和商业转化的载体，旨在以更低的价格和更高质量的运营来支持8090创业与生活，作为E.T plus PARK中的最高点，他以体块堆叠的形式创造了一种不同一般的垂直居住单元。

“拟山筑城”的设计理念贯彻到景观中便形成了立体的景观层次，以立体的设计语言重新定义绿地公园的形态和功能， 起伏的轮廓与建筑的拟山形态相呼应，同时形成层次错落、功能多样的地景式绿色空间。绿地公园的设计不仅考虑公园本身的空间营造，下沉广场、地面层的中央公园、空中层的连廊系统及塔楼层的空中花园。多层次的垂直景观使土地利用率最大化，强调情景交融、虚实相生的意境，创造可游览、可穿越的诗意体验。并将绿色与休闲的氛围辐射到周边地块和建筑之中。
